One of those moments – Niftu Cal, the Biotic God

If you’ve played Mass Effect 2, you probably know there’s a lot of humor hidden in the narrative. One very neat little moment ¹ occurs when Shepard and gang runs into Niftu Cal, a volus that’s obviously been drugged with red sand, or the equivalent thereof. He proclaims himself a biotic god. I feel so sorry for him and at the same time, I can’t help be amused by his confusion.

Yes, little friend. You are most certainly a biotic god and you are adorable.

1. Yes, we can talk about the fat phobia in BioWare games, and we should, but I don’t know that this in particular qualifies. Maybe it does. I don’t know.
